Police Investigating Sexual Assaults in Beacon Hill
All three victims were approached from behind, with two victims being assaulted while attempting to enter their residence.

UPDATE, MONDAY: Suffolk University sent an alert Sunday to students regarding the investigation into the sexual assaults.
They reminded students to "please always be aware of your surroundings and avoid walking alone late at night."
Suffolk Police offer walking escorts when requested for students in advance by calling 617-573-8333.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Boston Police have increased patrols and are investigating three sexual assaults that occurred within the same area of Beacon Hill in the last week.
The first incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. on May 30, in the area of Anderson Street, according to BPDnews.com. While reaching for her keys in front of her residence, the victim was approached from behind by the suspect and groped. The victim yelled for help, causing the suspect to fle on Anderson Street turning left on Phillips Street.

The suspect is described as a white male, early 20’s, about 5' 7", thin build, approximately 150-lbs, fair skin, dark hair and dark eyes, wearing a black/white flat-brimmed baseball cap, long sleeve black shirt and believed to be wearing shorts and sneakers.
The second incident occurred the following day, May 31 around 11:28 p.m., in the area of Phillips Street. The victim was on the steps entering her residence, when the suspect approached her from behind and knocked her to the ground. The victim was sexually assaulted, and reported the assault lasted seconds before the suspect fled to Phillips Street, according to BPDnews.com.
The suspect in this assault was described as a white male, late 20’s to early 30’s, about 5' 6", medium build, with wavy or shaggy hair over his ears, light complexion, and wearing a blue hoodie and dark pants.
The third incident also occurred on May 31, around 11:30 p.m. in the area of Garden Street approaching Phillips Street. The victim observed the suspect on the sidewalk, and after passing him on the street, the suspect approached her from behind. The victim turned and confronted the suspect, who groped her, escaping on to Phillips Street.
This suspect suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25 year old, 5’ 9", medium to thin build, approximately 165 lbs, wearing a black knit cap, dark colored t-shirt, baseball shorts, and dark chin length hair.
Boston Police have increased patrols in the area and encourage citizens to contact 911 if they observe any suspicious persons in the area.
