Police: Knifepoint Attack at Loews Theater

A woman who asked fellow moviegoers to be quiet was attacked and robbed at knifepoint 2:15 a.m. Friday. According to police reports, the woman had asked three women nearby to quiet down during a movie at AMC Loews Boston Common. Later, after the movie, the three women approached her in the restroom. They took out a knife, repeatedly punched her in the face and and stole her phone, police reports state.

- At 10:30 a.m. police resonded to 110 Charles St. for a report of larceny from a motor vehicle.
