U.S. GUILTY WIND TURBINE MEGAWATT MAYHEM & CRONY CAPITALISM

Governor Patrick (D) was the former governor of Massachusetts from 2007 to 2015.

The Massachusetts Democratic Party declared war on fossil fuels. The choice of weapon was the megawatt wind turbine.

The turbines were built all over Massachusetts taking the health and property rights of Massachusetts citizens for the megawatt wind agenda.

The governor through the executive branch of government made it quickly known no one would be prosecuted for crimes against the citizens of Massachusetts if it involved renewable energy with commercial wind turbines.

One example is in 2008 Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley (D) helped fellow Democrat former Freetown state representative Mark Howland move to Hawaii and never pay the people who lost money from his failed wind turbine business. The former state representative worked a deal through the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today known as the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Customers were defrauded of almost one million dollars.The Liberal news media has never followed up on the case.

A local news editor went on to retire and work for the New Bedford Wind Energy Center.

It became clear that AG Martha Coakley was never going to help wind turbine victims and stood by while Massachusetts created a second class group of citizens having their health and property rights taken with the installation of commercial wind turbines.Martha Coakley failed at an attempt to become governor and went on to work for a law firm specializing in wind turbine installations.Very early on Boston-based First Wind CEO Paul Gaynor became Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s green policy advisor under the Global Warming Solutions Act. The wind industry is just one of the many groups that lauded Obama’s Clean Power Plan. First Wind commended President Obama for the clean energy vision outlined in his first State of the Union address.

The agenda was a “go” with the sale of a wind turbine from the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today known as the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to the Town of Falmouth. All those involved in the sale knew Vestas wind company had warned the turbine generated 110 decibels of noise far to high for residential neighborhoods. Massachusetts today has twenty one communities with thousands of noise complaints.

Town officials were bribed with one million dollars to buy the turbine and later given 1.8 million to help pay litigation fees against the town.

The media is well aware former Governor Patrick used a fake email addresssally.reynolds@state.ma.us in order to avoid Freedom of Information Requests about talks with commercial wind turbine contractors.

On May 15, 2012 the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection notified the Town of Falmouth that Falmouth Wind 1 is breaking state noise laws 310 CMR 7.10.

Governor Patrick appointed a group to study the noise. The study was discoverd to be a cover up by the state of Wisconsin.Wisconsin wrote the Massachusetts Wind Turbine Health Impact Counter Points:Massachusetts 2012 Wind Turbine Health Impact Counter Points: Expert “Independent” Panel Members: Dr. James F. Manwell and Dora Anne Mills are extreme pro-wind advocates: Manwell has won several awards from American Wind Association. Mills has provided public testimony and “op-ed” newspaper pieces supporting wind turbines and on page 2 of the study states that 5 of the panel members “did not have any direct experience with wind turbines.”

In what appears to be the first of its kind ruling in the United States, the Board of Health in Brown County, Wisconsin, where Green Bay is located, has declared a local industrial wind plant to be a human health hazard. Wind turbine regulatory and human annoyance noise aka infra sound is a nation wide problem.

Wendy J Heiger-Bernays, PhD a member of the Massachusetts study group said turbines can cause a lack of sleep leading to health problems.

Adequate sleep is a basic human right. The CIA has used sleep deprivation as torture.The US EPA does nothing to stop the environmental noise because of the political wind turbine agenda. It’s a fact the US EPA approved a 6 million dollar, ARRA ,stimulus waiver for Falmouth to buy a second foreign wind turbine in which the town had no special permits as specified in the waiver. They illegally approved giving away your tax dollars.

Sleep deprivation causes impaired memory and cognitive functioning, decreased short term memory, speech impairment, hallucinations, psychosis, lowered immunity, headaches, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, stress, anxiety and depression. Sleep deprivation is the major complaint from the wind turbine victims in Falmouth and other communities with megawatt turbines placed in residential communities.

Wind turbine victims describe the noise as torture.

Ditlev Engel former Chief Executive Officer of Vestas wind company has publicly stated there is nothing they can do to stop infra sound. The collected documents reveal the Massachusetts wind turbine industry campaign has relied on a variety of deceptive practices, including avoiding the impact of low frequency noise generated by turbines that had been linked to the exact same symptoms as those being reported today more than 30 years ago in research conducted for the renewable energy industry by NASA.

Dr. Robert J. McCunney, a medical doctor and a research scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology an expert witness for the Town of Falmouth Wind turbine number 1 permit . Wind turbines should be five ( 5 ) times the height of the turbines : 1/28/2011

“He said any measurable health effects, referred to in some circles as “wind turbine syndrome,” are in fact the result of stress reactions to a sound an individual finds objectionable or annoying. For that reason, he noted, some communities in the US observe a noise mitigation setback standard of five times the height of the turbine – more than three times the distance recommended by the CCC.”

In May of 2013 Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, Nils Bolgen the program director and facilitator of Falmouth Wind changed the setbacks of the commercial wind turbines to 2000 feet statewide . This was partially based on the catastrophic health and property taking issues in Falmouth and other communities.

Cape Cod Commision establishes for all turbines of 660 kilowatt (KW) capacity or greater a noise setback of 10 times the diameter of the turbine blades, as measured from the base to the nearest receptor -- defined as any occupied residential or commercial property -- or residentially zoned parcel. The setbacks are around 3000 feet today.

President Obama and Governor Patrick may be destined to go down as climate change-fighting but what of the wind turbine victims losing their health and property rights for a commercial wind agenda gone terribly wrong.

The World Health Organization, WHO, says there is plenty of evidence that sleep is a biological necessity, and disturbed sleep is associated with a number of health problems. Studies of sleep disturbance in children and in shift workers clearly show the adverse effects.

The World Health Organization notes that “Measurable effects of noise on sleep begin at LAeq levels of about 30 dB. ... When noise is continuous, the equivalent sound pressure level should not exceed 30 dB(A) indoors, if negative effects on sleep are to be avoided. For noise with a large proportion of low-frequency sound [dB(C)] a still lower guideline value is recommended.”

How much longer can our elected officials and investigative journalist ignore what is described world wide as wind turbine torture from commercial megawatt turbines.For the sake of humanity stop the madness.
