The Nichols House Museum and the Boston Women's Heritage Trail are partnering on Saturday, July 23 and Wednesday, August 10 to offer two walking tours of Beacon Hill. The Nichols Family and Their Neighbors: Progressive Era Women on Beacon Hill
Where: Tour starts at the Nichols House Museum, 55 Mount Vernon Street, Boston
When: 10:30 a.m. on July 23 and August 10
Description: Join the Nichols House Museum and the Boston Women's Heritage Trail on a walk around Beacon Hill focusing on the many reform-minded women who lived here at the turn of the twentieth century, who the Nichols family probably knew. This tour lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.This event is supported in part by a generous award from Mass Humanities, as part of the Women in Politics: Then and Now programming series. Tickets are $10 per person. Children under 12 are free.
