Who Voted For Legislative Pay Raise?

Does your representative's vote need to flip to block a potential override of Gov. Baker's veto?

Massachusetts lawmakers last Thursday approved a $12-18 million pay package that would include raises for lawmakers, judges and constitutional officers. Gov. Charlie Baker vetoed it the next day, but it was overridden in the House and Senate on Thursday, Feb. 2.

But who would have needed to flip?

Every Republican voted against the package, and they were joined by nine Democrats: Reps. Thomas Calter of Kingston, Michael Connolly of Cambridge, Diana DiZoglio of Metheun, James Dwyer of Woburn, Colleen Garry of Dracut, Jonathan Hecht of Watertown, Paul Heroux of Attleboro, Denise Provost of Somerville and Jonathan Zlotnik of Gardner.
