Man Charged With Selling Crack At Bedford VA Medical Center
Federal authorities say a Boston man sold crack four times to a person residing at the VA Medical Center.

BEDFORD, MA – A Boston man was charged in federal court last week in connection with dealing crack cocaine at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bedford, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Demone Coleman, 39, was indicted on four counts of distributing cocaine base.
Coleman and two others, Michael Sexton and Austin Wilkerson, were charged in a criminal complaint last October. Coleman was arrested in December.
In January 2017, a cooperating witness told law enforcement Coleman was selling crack to a person living at the VA Medical Center, according to the USAO. Coleman allegedly provided crack to his contact at the VA four times in 2017. The contact then sold it to the cooperating witness on the medical center campus, authorities said.
