The company describes how it's adapting to a softer lab market by reusing existing space, targeting cleantech and flex users, and investing heavily to convert the Bedford property into a multitenant hub for growing firms.

• Massachusetts Man Found Dead After Search Following Discovery of His Empty Boat (themainewire.com) — An 84-year-old Bedford man, Benjamin Wiggins, was found dead off the coast of York, Maine, after his wrecked boat was discovered along the shore. Maine authorities and York rescue divers recovered his body Friday, a day after launching a search when his empty Boston Whaler was found near Freeman Street.
