Amy A. Zuccarello, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Boston
Ms. Zuccarello practices in the areas of business restructuring, bankruptcy and corporate finance. She has a creditor-based practice representing lenders, indenture trustees and other secured and unsecured creditors in complex corporate debt restructurings and insolvency matters. She also has wide-ranging transactional experience in asset-backed financings, aircraft sales and leases, both public and private asset securitizations, real estate project financings and other structured transactions. Ms. Zuccarello has substantial experience in U.C.C. Article 9 matters, advising lenders on remedial issues and structuring foreclosure sales with respect to a variety of collateral types.
