Belmont Center Fire Hits 2 Alarms
The fire was at a block of storefronts on Leonard Street.
BELMONT, MA — Firefighters battled a two-alarm fire in Belmont Center Monday. The fire was at 86 Leonard Street, impacting a block of storefronts on Leonard Street. The building is home to Vanti Nails & Spa.
Leonard Street was shut down to traffic. Cambridge, Arlington, and Watertown fire departments were among those sending mutual aid.
