Assistance may be available. Join us to learn more. The Belmont Housing Trust is hosting this public session about the Massachusetts RAFT and ERMA Programs. These housing assistance programs for eligible renters and homeowners are funded by the MA Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and administered by Metro Housing Boston. Learn about eligibility and how to complete the application.
