Belmont Public Schools: COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic For Children Ages 5-11

The Belmont Health Department is excited to begin offering COVID-19 vaccinations to the newly eligible children ages 5-11. This age group is now authorized to receive the pediatric dosage of Pfizer vaccine, in the two-dose timeline 21 days apart.

The registration information for this clinic will be released shortly, and you will receive a second communication from the schools as soon as it becomes available from our provider for this clinic, VaxinateRX.

*This clinic is specifically for Belmont residents and students who attend school in Belmont. If you register and are not a part of one of those groups, your appointment will be deleted.
