Superfoods Made Easy!

You know you should try to pack more nutritionally-dense "superfoods" into your diet, but cooking them can be a challenge.

Superfoods are all the rage: they can prevent disease and make us feel more vibrant and healthy - what's not to love? And yet, as much as we all want to pack as much nutrition as possible into our bodies, cooking can be time-consuming and challenging. Wouldn't it be great to have some simple, go-to recipes and techniques for preparing these healthy superstars?

Join me on May 3rd at Halthy Habits Kitchen, 36 Washington Street in Wellesley. I'll teach you how to simplify superfoods so that you can prepare them at home quickly and easily. You’ll go home with the tools to do it all by yourself, including a recipe booklet complete with family-friendly recipes, such as Kale With Chicken Sausage, Tomatoes and GarlicChicken With Sweet Potatoes, Onions & Cilantro Pesto and Quinoa with Toasted Pistachios & Dried Pineapple.
