The Belmont Public Library Saturday Music Series presents the Modernistics Trio (Ted Powers, vocals, tap-dance, guitar, banjo, and harmonica; Peter H Bloom, flute; Dave Zox, double bass) performing Gems by George and Ira Gershwin on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Belmont Public Library, Morrissey Hall, 336 Concord Ave, Belmont, MA, 02478.  The show is free and open to the public. Called “absolutely joyous, virtuosic and wonderful!” (Concerts at the Crane), The Modernistics Trio will perform swinging songs, tap-dance numbers, and exuberant instrumentals.
