Food insecurity is a statewide problem. Here in Belmont, there are over 600 households that don’t always have enough food to eat.
On Tuesday, October 13, we’re hosting a public forum about hunger in Belmont. We hope you can join us at the Black Box Theater in the high school, from 7-8:30pm.
Come to this forum to find out more about the problem and see how a variety of groups are working on it. And if you want to get involved, there are plenty of opportunities.
Registration is optional, but helps us plan: BelmontFood.org
If you can’t make it in person, watch online at YouTube.com/BelmontMedia
