Celebrate Brinner: Kids Concert Saturday with Karen K

Feb. 4 Concert will feature popular kid's group Karen K & the Jitterbugs at the Chenery.

will be hosting a free children’s concert featuring Arlington resident Karen K and her group, the Jitterbugs, on Saturday, Feb. 4 at Chenery Middle School. The concert begins at 4 p.m. and all are welcome to attend.

Since the release of their popular new album "Pancakes for Dinner" early last year, Karen K & the Jitterbugs have been delighting audiences up and down the east coast with their original songs.

Based originally in New York City and now Karen's new home in Arlington, Karen K & the Jitterbugs have been featured in New York Magazine’s Best of 2011 issue and were chosen as a Critic’s Pick in Time Out Kids and New York Magazine.  

The concert continues the bank’s ongoing effort of giving back to their local community and reaching out to the families of Belmont and Watertown.
