Chronic Disease Self-Management Class at Mount Auburn Hospital

Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a FREE six-week program on Chronic Disease Self-Management. The class is for adults living with or caring for someone with a chronic disease. Learn to manage pain, fatigue and other symptoms, healthy eating, exercise, medication management and dealing with stress. The program meets once a week on Wednesdays, starting October 23, 2013.
