Who We Are: Carmel Murphy-Kotyan is Owner and Director of CMK Home Care, a local business serving Belmont and beyond. Carmel carefully selects an experienced staff of compassionate, reliable and ethical Companions, Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse’s Aides, most of whom are college educated with diverse and interesting backgrounds. Our goal is to add quality to each of our client’s days, through intuitive and responsive care, practical help and encouragement. Our Caregivers are fully vetted and CORIed and an opportunity is given for clients to meet Caregiver before any work begins. While having no minimum hours, we are available 24/7 for your care needs.

Why We Do It:
Carmel started CMK Home Care because her years of working in the Aging Industry, as a Housing Advocate to elders and as a hands on Caregiver herself, has shown her the real need for practical, compassionate care services for our aging parents and their families. At CMK we know the stress and exhaustion that family caregivers experience in their efforts to care for their loved one. They are squeezed daily by a multitude of commitments to other family members, work, community and friends, with little time left for themselves. Taking a holistic approach to this problem, we offer a twofold solution through our Elder Care Services and Respite Case Management programs.
