It may be your son or daughter's college application, but the application essay can easily swallow the entire family. Applicants struggle to "define" themselves. Parents and guardians struggle to find a balance between support and intrusion. Even siblings struggle with heightened tension in the home. In this adults-only gathering we'll discuss both the realities of this all-too-common (or Common App) journey and strategies for navigating that journey as a family.
