Continuing Support For World Film Online, At The Bank
You can still celebrate Belmont's own international film festival's 10th anniversary by continuing to bid on its auction on the internet and by opening an account at Belmont Savings Bank.
The festivities may have ended but fans, patrons and residents can continue supporting a decade of the Belmont World Film, the town's own international film festival, with a bid or by banking in your hometown.
While the grand gala was held this past Saturday, one way to support the film festival – which this year focused on the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corp and French-language films – is by bidding on additional auction items at www.biddingforgood.com/belmontworldfilm until this Friday, May 20, at 11:59 p.m. The auction items are a wide-range of gifts, art and two vacation packages: one on Cape Cod and the other a night in Atlantic City.
In addition, donating to the film festival is as easy as opening a Platinum Blue checking account at .

Between now and June 30, Belmont Savings Bank is offering to deposit $50 into a new account and donate $50 to Belmont World Film for every Platinum Blue account opened as a result of a referral from the festival.
