Community Update

Kathy's Nails is fabulous! The girls are always nice. They remember their customers, or try their best to, which is sweet considering they have so many. The reviews below, I don't doubt, but you get what you pay for. This is an affordable option for mani/pedi, not a spa. If you want something complicated, this probably isn't the place to go. The women doing the services, for the most part, don't speak Engligh. I've had days where they are super happy and some where they are more do the service and get out. But they're there all day every day. I had one issue with a pedicure and we resolved it very amicably. I'm not a native to Boston, but I've noticed people hear can be very rude and entitled. I was very reasonable with them, in turn they treated me the same. They apologized and gave me a discount on the service.
