Delay in Online Payment Website Announced
Mailing list being created to inform residents of new billing website.

You'll need to keep buying stamps when it comes to paying your bills in Belmont.
The Belmont Treasurer's Office has issued a statement where it "regret" to inform residents that a few technical problems forced it to postpone the opening of the department's new online payment website.
"We apologize for the delay in service. It is very important to the Treasurers Office that Belmont residents have access to the best online payment module," said the statement to taxpayers.

"Should you wish to receive an e-mailed notification when the new website is available, contact Michael Trainor (mtrainor@belmont-ma.gov) to have your name added to the mailing list.
"For taxpayers who wish to make an online payment for Real Estate, Personal Property and Excise, our previous website is still available."
