Diabetes Self-Management Class at Mount Auburn Hospital

Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a FREE six-week program on Diabetes Self-Management. The class is for adults living with Diabetes and caregivers, to learn about disease complications, healthy eating, exercise, medication and dealing with stress. Participants will receive a copy of the book, “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions,” and a relaxation CD. 

The program meets once a week beginning Wednesday, February 12th.

Wednesdays, February 12th – March 19th 9:30 AM – 12 PM

Classes are free, but space is limited
