Theatre with a Twist, Inc. is looking for actors ages 16 and older to audition for the upcoming performance of A Chorus Line. This compelling musical focuses on the lives of a group of ambitious Broadway dancers with varied backgrounds and personalities who are trying to make it big in the theatre industry. From its first performance on the stage, A Chorus Line was an instant classic! The play is adapted from the book by James Kirkwood Jr. and Nicholas Dante, lyrics written by Edward Kleban, and music composed by Marvin Hamlisch. Our performance will be directed by Mary Spinosa-Wilson, and choreographed by Jamie Horban. Auditions will be held on Wednesday, August 31st & Thursday, September 1st from 7-9pm at 3 Post Office Square in Acton, MA. Please note that pre-registration is required for all hopefuls! Also, please come to your audition prepared with a 16 bar song that shows off your vocal range. Please do not use a song from A Chorus Line, but another musical theatre piece.
