The Belmont Public Library will be closed for half a day (from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) on Friday, June 24th for Staff Day. Staff Day is an annual event which is devoted to staff development. This year, our technology librarian will provide a training workshop using Overdrive with different devices such as a Nook and an iPad. All staff will participate in a usability test on our website which is now a year old. The results will help to improve the ease of use for everyone. There will also be a staff planning session. The library will open at 1:00 PM.
