The event is free and open to the public and is hosted by Occupy Belmont and the Social Action Committee.
There is a widespread sense among Americans that much of the deep-seated unfairness in our society has its roots in wealth inequity and that moneyed interests have undue political influence. These inequities erode the confidence we have in our democracy.
