Habitat Explorers investigate various natural history themes by visiting Habitat's many different habitats. Each morning, campers venture out in age-based groups to explore the natural world through fun games, hands-on activities, and investigations. Following lunch, campers are given free time to relax, read stories, or participate in outdoor recreation. During the afternoon, campers choose from a variety of activities, such as nature crafts, cooking, outdoor skills, science projects, hikes, games, and other related topics. The day ends with a closing circle that allows children to share their experiences with the whole camp. Staff to Camper ratio: 1 staff to 5 campers. Camp meets Monday-Friday.
Instructions and Directions: Mass Audubon membership is required for camp registration. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 must accompany the registration form.
