The Belmont Public Schools Music Department presents its annual Jazz Night concert on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 7:00 pm. The performance will take place in the Chenery Middle School auditorium.
Jazz Night will feature performances by the Belmont High School Jazz Ensemble and the Chenery Middle School Jazz Ensemble.
Joining the bands will be special guest artist Dave Pietro (www.davepietro.com). Mr. Pietro is a highly sough-after jazz saxophonist who has performed with the bands of Woody Herman, Lionel Hampton, Maria Schneider, Toshiko Akiyoshi, Ray Charles, John Pizzarelli and Harry Connick, among others.
