Joanne Chang, author and chef/owner of Flour Bakery in Boston and Cambridge will speak on her book Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston's Flour Bakery + Cafe. Flour was rated as one of the year's best cookbooks (2010) by the New York Times and National Public Radio.
Books will be available for sale and signing.
