LIFETIME Parent Meeting for CalWORKs students!!

Join LIFETIME's Executive Director Diana Spatz and other CalWORKs students in L.A. County for pizza and a lively discussion about:

     The latest news on the state budget and the May Revise;

     How you can get involved in meetings with state legislators that LIFETIME  is organizing in L.A. and Orange Counties, and

     The changes to CalWORKs that will take effect on July 1st, including the new 48-month time limit, and how you can get extensions of and exemptions from this shorter lifetime limit.

Learn your rights in the CalWORKs program, so you can finish shcool and graduate off welfare - and out of poverty - for good!

As always, dinner will be provided and children are welcome.
