Strong Women Program Open to Belmont Residents! Learn how you can fight osteoporosis, strengthen and tone the body and rebuild health at any age with weight-training and muscle-strengthening exercises, now proven to build bone density. Arlington Community Recreation welcomes Tufts' University's evidence-based Strong Women [and Men] Strong Bones Program offered twice weekly; register now for Sat 10-11:30 am (and/or Wed 6-7:30 pm) for eight 90 min per class series, to be held at Arlington Senior Center for adults of all ages, behind the Library starting Sat Sept 24 (or Wed.
