The Town’s Planning Board will be holding the first in a series of forums examining land use options along South Pleasant Street. South Pleasant Street is an area of Belmont which has a great potential for future development and growth. What mixture of uses and design standards should define its future growth? What types of services and businesses should be encouraged to grow in this area? Conversely, what would you consider an “undesirable” use for South Pleasant Street?
