Grand Jury Indictments in Belmont
The Middlesex District Attorney's office handed down one indictment for an alleged crime.
BELMONT, MA - Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Monday grand jury indictments in the county, handed down between Feb. 18 and March 17.
The following alleged crimes took place in Waltham during that time. Defendants charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Robert Gallagher, 57, of Cambridge, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60, assault with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60, and assault with a dangerous weapon. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.
