Hammond Real Estate in Belmont Exhibits Works by Artist George Furbish

A celebratory reception will take place on Thursday, January 28, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Belmont, Mass. (January 15, 2016) – Tod Beaty, manager of Hammond Real Estate’s Belmont office located at 84 Leonard Street, is pleased to announce that the office is currently exhibiting works by artist George Furbish through March 31, 2016. A celebratory reception will take place on Thursday, January 28, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., at which time the artist will be available to discuss his works which are available for purchase.

George Furbish has been a resident of southern New England for all of his life. His primary focus is on landscapes and seascapes, drawing on his love of the coastal environment of the region. For a change of pace, he will render an occasional still life painting.

George is a member of the Spring Bull Studio and Gallery, located on Bellevue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island. He has won numerous awards in juried exhibitions at Spring Bull Gallery, Wickford Art Association, and the Portsmouth Arts Guild.
