Little River History Nature Walk

Come join special guest Frederick Law Olmsted (impersonator Gerald Wright) on a guided walk along the North Trail at Alewife Reservation. During a
Spring nature walk along Little River in Cambridge and Belmont,
we will stop along the way to learn about geologic history, Native American
history, and Farming history.  We will
cover various pollution challenges since the late 18th century, and how
society has handled them. Olmsted's passion for parks at a critical time in our nation's history
is legendary -- come join a dialogue with him regarding what makes today  another  critical time for this area.
