Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments: One Belmont Case Announced

BELMONT, MA - Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from May 19 to June 23.

Included in the indictments is a 34-year-old Belmont man charged with rape. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Zachary St. Paul, 34, of Belmont, was charged with rape, indecent assault and battery, photographing an unsuspecting nude person, and dissemination of nude photographs. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Kleimola.
