New Rosebud Diner Opening Monday in Davis Square

The new, redone Rosebud Diner, “Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar,” is opening Monday with new owners in Somerville’s Davis Square.

Don’t go expecting the old diner, according to Boston Magazine; the new restaurant will have cuisine that “touches upon Southern, Thai, Italian, and classic Americana diner fare.”

The restaurant, at 381 Summer St., will have an extensive cocktail and beer menu. It’ll be open daily 4-11 p.m. for dinner, and the bar will keep serving until 1 a.m. It’ll add Sunday brunch in the coming months, according to the magazine.
