One Belmont Case Announced in Grand Jury Indictments

BELMONT, MA – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from Aug. 2 to Aug. 30.

Included in the indictments is a 38-year-old Belmont man charged with multiple counts of rape. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Hamid Ardaneh, 38, of Belmont, was charged with rape (3 counts), strangulation (2 counts), and assault and battery (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.
