Science Fiction/Double Feature! Zombie Night at the Studio Cinema Friday

Who better to explain zombie neuroscience than a Harvard professor?

It's fright night times two at Belmont's on Friday, Oct. 28, as the  presents the brains and the emotion of the undead on 'Zombie Night.'

First, Dr. Steven Schlozman, Belmont resident, Harvard Medical School professor and zombie expert – he wrote "The Zombie Autopsies" – will conduct a workshop on the neuroscience of zombies.

Dr. Schlozman will sign copies of his new book – no less an authority of the undead than George Romero, director of "Night of the Living Dead," said "[t]his fast-moving, entertaining work will have you chuckling … and worrying” – which will be on sale for $15, and all proceeds benefit the FBE.

Then, after knowing what makes a zombie tick, there will be a screening of Romero's 1968 cult classic, Night of the Living Dead.

This night will be so scary, according to the FBE, that it is not recommended for children under 13!
