Sound Healing in Arlington Thursday Evening November 14

Sound Healing is an ancient protocol of healing and relaxation now being rediscovered and affirmed-- Dr. Oz and Deepak Chopra call it 'the next wave' in healing. The Arlington Center for the Arts, 41 Foster Street, is pleased to welcome SoundScapers back to the center on Thursday evening November 14 from 7-9:00pm for a full sound healing session. Participants lay on yoga mats or sit in chairs during the practice, and are bathed in the exquisite tones of chant, the shruiti box, didgeridoos, the gong, singing bowls, and Native American drumming/chant/rattling. $25 at the door, register by sending an email to joeyghayes@comcast.net Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Join us for this deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing evening.
