Spring into fun at April Vacation Camp
Girls to enjoy outdoor activities, field trips and more with activities custom-designed for girls in grades K-10

Girls don’t have to wait until summer to have the time of their lives at Camp Cedar Hill. During April school vacation week, girls can engage in scientific discovery, challenge themselves on the high ropes course, enjoy exciting field trips, get artsy, outdoorsy or all of the above. Older girls can experience traditional camp activities combined with fun field trips and younger girls may attend camp for just one day or the whole week fun and friendship.
Girls in grades K - 10 are invited to experience creative programs each day. Programs are offered Tuesday, April 18 through Friday, April 21, 2017. This year at April Vacation Camp, Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts will present two unique programs in collaboration with Candlewick Press, starring characters of acclaimed books featuring strong, independent girls to nurture Girl Scouts’ confidence and love of reading.
On April 20, it’s Princess in Black day at Camp Cedar Hill. The New York Times best-selling book’s illustrator LeUyen Pham will be at camp to sign copies of the Princess in Black books and will demonstrate drawing techniques for the girls. Girls grades K- 5 will create jewelry, practice cooking and receive a copy of The Princess in Black in this fun session.
