Waltham Restaurant Highlighted for Its ‘Great Open Kitchen’ on Phantom Gourmet

Bison County, the barbecue spot on Moody Street, was recently recognized for its “Great Open Kitchen” on Phantom Gourmet.

“This is like an open kitchen of the South though … this is a barbecue pit right in the middle of the restaurant,” Phantom Gourmet’s Dave Andelman said.

Andelman’s favorite dish at Biston County: the Carolina-style chicken wings with a tangy honey mustard sauce.

“This is a top notch barbecue spot,” he said. “I love it here.”
