What a great Volunteer Day!

The Belmont Citiizens Forum would like to thank all the enthusiastic volunteers who turned out last Saturday to clean up and maintain the Lone Tree Hill Conservation Land on Belmont Hill. Toting bright orange buckets and grabbers, they collected 7 bags of trash, a box of recyclables, and a large rusted chain, pipe, and can.
And thanks to Friends of Alewife Reservation for the loan of work gloves and tools, and to Michael Santoro, Belmont Public Works, for arranging to pick up trash and giving us access to the land.
Stay tuned for news about our next event, depaving! Visit www.belmontcitizensforum.org to keep up on our activities and read our bimonthly Newsletter. E-mail us at bcfprogramdirector@gmail.com
