• Armed man shot and killed by Lakeville Police during well-being check (tauntongazette.com) — Berkley residents should know that local ambulances were called to assist Lakeville police after a 31-year-old man was fatally shot during a well-being check at a Heritage Hill Drive home. Four Lakeville officers were evaluated at a hospital and released, and state police detectives are still investigating the body-camera-recorded encounter.
