Beverly Holiday Parade 2017: Photos
This year's 70th Annual Holiday Parade took over Beverly after Thanksgiving.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly's annual tree lighting ceremony was this past weekend on Beverly Common. In case you missed it, this was the 70th Annual Holiday Parade.
No Beverly Holiday Parade is complete without Santa, and some performances by the students at the high school. This year the parade was hosted by Al Temkin of Temkin Financial Group and Andi Freedman of Mind Over Food. Charles T. Bucci, the third member of the Bucci Family to be a huge part of the parade was the Grand Marshall this year. His father, Charles L. Bucci, was Beverly’s first official Santa in 1947 until his passing in 1977, according to the holiday parade website.
The city's 70th Holiday Parade made its way through Beverly, starting at the High School and rolling down down Cabot Street, ending at the Beverly Depot Train Station. Last year the theme was Let there be peace on earth.
