Beverly Library To Hold Pop-Up Holiday Book Sale

BEVERLY, MA — The Friends of the Beverly Public Library will hold a pop-up book sale this Saturday just in time to pick up some stocking stuffers.

The sale will be on the Winter Street patio from 9 a.m. to noon, weather permitting. The Friends of the Beverly Public Library said children's and adult materials will be available with paperbacks costing $1, hardcovers $2 and all children's books costing 50 cents.

Cash and checks will be accepted.

"Don't miss this opportunity to stock up on some great books for the holidays, while providing financial support for the library," the Friends of the Beverly Public Library said.

Shoppers must wear masks and comply with social distancing guidelines. There is a limit of 20 people allowed on the patio at one time.

Those attending should be prepared to wait in a car or somewhere off library property.

Shopping times will be limited to 20 minutes.
