Beverly Man's Hearing Delayed In Trump Jr. FBI Threats Case
He was scheduled for a hearing Monday but it's been delayed a week.

BEVERLY, MA — The detention hearing for the Beverly man charged with sending envelopes filled with powder and threatening messages that triggered hazardous materials responses to five public figures, including Donald Trump Jr., has been postponed, the Gloucester Times reported first.
Daniel Frisiello, 24, has been held at the Wyatt Detention Facility in Rhode Island since his arrest last week, the Times reported and he'll stay there til the hearing.
Since he was arrested, three lawyers have joined the case. Scott Gleason, of Haverhill, William W Fick of Boston's Fick & Marx, and Rebecca Chapman also of Fick & Marx. Fick happens to be one of the Boston lawyers who helped defend Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

In a motion filed Monday, Attorney William Fick said there had been constructive discussion with the prosecution about conditions for Frisiello's possible release and until those were finished it could delay the hearing. He originally asked to postpone a hearing til Friday, but a judge decided to push it to March 12, at 11 a.m. in the U.S. District Court in Worcester.
One of his laywers told the Gloucester Times he planned to plead not guilty to the five counts each of mailing a threat to injure a person and mailing false information or a hoax.

Frisiello was arrested Thursday at his Hathaway Avenue home by a team of federal agents with the U.S. Attorney's anti-terrorism task force, as he was getting ready to go to work, Patch previously reported.
Frisiello faces at least five years in prison on eight of the counts against him. He's also facing up to 10 years in prison on two other counts against him.
