Beverly Man's New Hampshire Trial Rescheduled

The 21-year-old man is charged in champagne bottle attack at UNH.

The trial for a Beverly man accused of striking a University of New Hampshire housing staffer in the head with a champagne bottle has been rescheduled to the fall, according to Fosters.com.

Mark Giles, 21, of 9 Hayes Ave., Beverly, Mass., is charged with two felony counts of second-degree assault for allegedly striking a male housing staffer in the head with a champagne bottle at The Gables in the early morning hours on Jan. 1, 2014.
