Mayor Raised Flag at City Hall to Commemorate Pride Month

Beverly Mayor Mike Cahill started his day with a flag-raising ceremony on Tuesday at City Hall.

Mr Cahill posted this message and photo on his Facebook page, ”Proud to join with many Beverly Gay, Straight, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender friends of all generations this morning to raise the Pride Flag in front to of City Hall, celebrating June as Pride Month. Beverly is a great place to live and we celebrate our diversity today and every day.”

Several city councilors also attended the brief ceremony.
