Beverly Planned Power Interruption Set For Wednesday Night
National Grid will need to interrupt power on several streets in Beverly Wednesday night for maintenance work.

BEVERLY, MA — Residents and businesses on several Beverly streets are advised of a planned power outage for National Grid maintenance work late Wednesday night.
The interruptions are expected to last for about four hours from 11 p.m. to about 3 a.m.
"This work is necessary for National Grid to continue to deliver safe and reliable service," the city said.

Areas affected include Bancroft Avenue, Bay Street, Dane Street, East Lothrop Street, Hale Street, Lothrop Street, Lovett Street, Monument Square, Ocean Street and Willow Street.
National Grid said that in the case of inclement or extreme weather — or other unexpected events — the work will be rescheduled for Thursday night.
