'Cheffin': A Visit with Swiss Master Chef Brendan Cronin

Brendan Cronin, professor at Endicott's School of Hospitality Management, is the only Irish chef to attain the prestigious Swiss culinary title of Swiss Master Chef. Join Brendan for a global journey of gastronomic delight as described in his 2012 book, Cheffin'. Follow him from his childhood on a small dairy farm in the West of Ireland, to cooking in great hotels in Ireland, then onward to the Swiss Alps, Africa, and the Far East where he worked in some of the best hotels in the world. Brendan will sign and sell copies of his book after his talk.
